Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how personal information about you is collected, used and disclosed by FLOWERS Limited with respect to your use of our website where this Policy is posted, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. FLOWERS will be referred to as “we”, “our” and “us” in this Policy. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return your item(s) for a full refund, credit or exchange. If goods are faulty or damaged then we will offer a full refund, credit or exchange. Please note: we do not provide refunds for sale and/or discounted items.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 28 days of receipt of goods. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. FLOWERS must receive the garment in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached.
All returns must be sent with a FLOWERS online store returns form. Please email georgia@ffllowwerss.com to obtain a return authorisation number (RA number). You must notify of the reason for the return & if you require an exchange.
Please include the following when returning an item to FLOWERS:
- The completed online store return forms, including ra number where indicated.
- Your receipt print out.
It is the responsibility of the return sender to ensure the returned goods are cleared through customs, FLOWERS claims no responsibility to aid in the returning of goods and will not process any form of credit until the goods have been delivered to our head office.
